Why does my statement say Paddle?
Because Paddle is our authorised reseller and merchant of record: they take the payment, handle tax and issue the receipt. The line on your statement reads PDL*THREADPROOF / Paddle.com. It is a ThreadProof purchase. If you do not recognise it, email support and we will identify the charge and refund it the same day, which is far quicker than a bank dispute.
