To report content on our Site that you believe infringes your copyright, send a notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512 with the subject line "DMCA" to abe.mainlinesites@gmail.com, or by post to the address below, addressed to "DMCA Agent".
Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material and where it is on our Site (a URL).
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-notices go to the same address and must contain the elements set out in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We terminate repeat infringers.
ThreadProof does not host user documents. Screenshots and PDFs stay in your browser, so a takedown notice can only concern material published on our own Site.
Abuse and security reports
Report abuse of the Service, fraudulent use, or a suspected security vulnerability to abe.mainlinesites@gmail.com with the subject "Abuse" or "Security". We acknowledge reports within two business days. Please do not test against other people's accounts.
Law enforcement requests
Send legal process to abe.mainlinesites@gmail.com with the subject "Legal process". We hold account email, plan status, and payment event records only. We do not hold screenshots, case content, or generated PDFs, and cannot produce them.
