Timestamp signing keys
When you add a file, export a packet or sign a declaration, ThreadProof records a receipt: we sign the file’s fingerprint together with the time. We never receive the file itself. The key below is what those receipts are signed with, so anyone can check one.

What a receipt does and does not say
A receipt shows that a particular fingerprint existed at the time recorded, and that the record has not been altered since. It says nothing about what happened on the phone before the screenshot was taken, and nothing about how any court or other party will treat the document.
