What you get back

A single PDF in the Court or Lawyer profile. The Lawyer bundle is a zip: the PDF, every original file exactly as the client imported it, and a hashes.txt listing each SHA-256. That means the working document and the underlying files travel together, and a fingerprint can be recomputed at any point later.

Nothing is retyped. The screenshots are placed as images, so nothing has been paraphrased or auto-corrected on the way through, and the declaration is written by the client rather than by us.

Matters, Bates and exhibit labels

Professional adds a Matter: a container for several cases with a running Bates counter, your prefix and start number, so three exports in the same matter stay in one sequence. Exhibit labels run A to ZZ automatically, and the cover page carries your firm name and logo rather than ours.

It is not a document management system and does not pretend to be. It handles the screenshot exhibit and then hands you an ordinary PDF that your existing system already understands.

Sending it to a client without a training call

Most clients finish in under ten minutes on their phone, because the whole thing runs in the phone browser and there is nothing to install and no account to create for a first packet. Tell them three things: capture with the date and time header visible, do not crop the bubbles, and black out anything they would not want a stranger to read.

Because processing is local, their messages never pass through our servers or yours until they choose to send the finished file.

What we will not tell your client

We do not tell clients how a court will treat a document, and we do not offer them legal advice about their matter. Every page says the tool formats documents and that questions about their case belong with their lawyer. You will not be undoing our promises.
