A short written statement of first-hand facts, often used to describe how an exhibit was made.
A declaration is a written statement of facts the writer knows first hand. Where screenshots are concerned, it usually describes the device, the parties, when and how the screenshots were captured, what date range they cover, and what was redacted.
A useful declaration is short, numbered, and factual. It avoids argument and avoids anything learned second hand. Requirements differ by forum, so check the rules that apply to your matter.
