The first page of an exhibit, stating what the document is before any content appears.
An exhibit cover page is the first page of an exhibit. It carries the exhibit label, the matter and parties, a one-line description of the contents, the platform and device, the date range covered, the capture date, the total page count, and a note if redactions are present.
It exists so nobody has to reconstruct context from a cropped screenshot. Each field stays on one line; longer explanation belongs on a separate page so the cover remains scannable.
