Page numbering

Numbering every page against a total, such as Page 4 of 22.

Page numbering with a total prints a value such as Page 4 of 22 in the footer of every page, including the cover page.

The total is the part that does the work. Without it, a missing page is invisible; with it, anyone can count and see that the document in their hands is complete.
