Redaction log

A page listing each redaction in a document with its page number and reason.

A redaction log is a page inside the exhibit that lists every box drawn, the page it appears on, and why it was applied, such as unrelated third party or account number.

The log turns redaction into a documented choice rather than an unexplained absence. Without it, a reader has no way to tell a privacy measure from a removal of inconvenient content.
